Funfetti Cake Dip

This dip is a delicious snack that is also high in protein.

You can eat it as a dip or on its own. It goes great with low point cookies, graham crackers, apple slices, or strawberries.

The best part is you only need a few ingredients to make it!

The Ingredients

Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt: This is 0 points and full of protein. It’s also a good source of calcium.

Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix: To keep it low in points I used sugar-free pudding mix. The vanilla flavor helps to give it the funfetti cake flavor.

Vanilla Extract: This helps to give the yogurt an additional boost of vanilla flavor.

Sprinkles: These are a staple in funfetti cakes. One tablespoon only adds 1 point to the dip.

How to Make Funfetti Cake Dip

Another great thing about this dip is that it’s very easy to make.

Add the plain fat-free Greek yogurt to a small mixing bowl.

Stir in the pudding powder, vanilla extract, and sprinkles.

Serving Suggestions

If I have time I like to keep the dip in the fridge for an hour. That allows the sprinkles to soften, just like a birthday cake.

To keep it low in points I like to serve the dip with apple slices or strawberries.

Graham crackers or a low point cookie are also great options.
