Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
These fresh strawberries are filled with a cheesecake filling and topped with graham cracker crumbs.
They’re easy to make and low in points. You can have approximately 4 cheesecake stuffed strawberries for only 1 point.

You only need a few ingredients to make this easy dessert.
The Ingredients
Strawberries: Not only are strawberries sweet, juicy, and delicious but there are many health benefits.
The antioxidants in strawberries help to support your immune system which can lower your chance of getting sick.
They also contain fiber which helps with digestion and can keep you full longer.
Greek Yogurt: I used fat free Greek yogurt since it’s 0 points with Weight Watchers.
It’s high in protein and contains probiotics, which can help with gut health.
Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix: Mixing this with the Greek yogurt gives these strawberries a delicious cheesecake filling.
Graham Crackers: I sprinkled graham cracker crumbs over the strawberries. No cheesecake is complete without that delicious graham cracker crust.

Serving Suggestions
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries are perfect for a low point snack or dessert.
They’re also great as an appetizer at a party.
If you make them ahead of time I would wait to add the graham cracker crumbs so they don’t become mushy.
