Bacon Wrapped Pickles
Bacon Wrapped Pickles are a mouthwatering snack! The tangy pickles and savory bacon is a unique flavor combination that will leave you craving more.
The beauty of Bacon Wrapped Pickles lies in their simplicity. With just two main ingredients—pickles and bacon—you can create a snack that’s both flavorful and light.
This makes it a fantastic option for those who are mindful of their dietary choices but still want to indulge in something delicious.

The Ingredients
Pickles: Choose your favorite type of pickle to customize the flavor. Dill pickles offer a classic tang, sweet pickles provide a hint of sweetness, and spicy pickles add a bit of heat. I used Vlasic kosher dill spears.
Bacon: Opt for center cut bacon to keep the recipe lighter. This bacon is leaner than traditional bacon, which means it has less fat while still offering that rich, smoky flavor.
The leaner cut helps ensure that the bacon gets crispy without becoming overly greasy, making it an ideal choice for wrapping around pickles.

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Pickles
Lay the pickle spears out on a paper towel. Use another paper towel to dry the pickle spears thoroughly. This step is important because it ensures the bacon sticks to the pickle and it will achieve a crisp texture.
Next, take a slice of center cut bacon and wrap it tightly around each piece of pickle. Make sure the bacon covers as much of the pickle as possible to achieve an even cook.
I started with the bacon slice under the pickle and finishing it with the bacon under the pickle. This helped the bacon to stay in place once it was in the air fryer.
The tighter you wrap the bacon, the better it will stay in place during the cooking process. You can also use a toothpick to secure the bacon.
Arrange the bacon wrapped pickles in the air fryer in a single layer making sure they don’t overlap. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to cook them in batches.
Cook in the air fryer at 390 degrees F. for 10 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through.
Serving Suggestions
Offer an assortment of dipping sauces to complement the savory and tangy flavors of the Bacon Wrapped Pickles.
- Light ranch dressing
- Spicy mayo
- BBQ sauce
- Honey mustard
Serving Platters: Arrange the Bacon Wrapped Pickles on a stylish serving platter or a rustic wooden board to make them look as good as they taste.
The presentation can make a big difference, especially if you’re serving these at a party or gathering.
Side Snacks: Pair your Bacon Wrapped Pickles with other complementary snacks. Crispy vegetable sticks like carrots and celery, cheese cubes, or crackers can balance the rich flavors and add variety to your appetizer spread.
