How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge:
Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
You can make the fudge one of two ways, either in the microwave or a double boiler.
To make it in the microwave, add the peanut butter and chocolate bars to a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stir with a rubber spatula each time.
If you’re using a double boiler, you want to bring the water to a boil, then add the chocolate and peanut butter to the top pan. Stir occasionally with a rubber spatula until it is melted and combined.
Pour the melted chocolate/peanut butter into the 8×8 pan. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour then cut into pieces.
Store the fudge in the refrigerator, it will become soft if left out.
