These roll ups combine mouthwatering flavors and a satisfying crunch, making them incredibly simple to prepare.
Whether you’re putting together a quick meal for yourself or packing a school lunch for the kids, these roll ups will quickly become a household favorite.

Imagine a meal that brings together the creamy goodness of ranch-seasoned cheese, the savory delight of turkey, a little bit of crunch from the lettuce, and the rich flavor of cheddar—all wrapped in a soft tortilla. It’s a combination that’s hard to resist.
The Ingredients
Flour Tortillas: I used Mission carb balance tortillas, they taste like regular flour tortillas and they’re only 2 points each.
Turkey: Any 0 point turkey lunch meat will work for this recipe. I used oven roasted turkey breast.
Turkey is a high-protein food that helps keep you feeling satisfied and full for longer periods, which can be beneficial for appetite control and weight management.
Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges: I used this instead of cream cheese, 4 wedges were only 4 points. It’s creamy and mixes great with the ranch seasoning.
Cheddar Cheese: Sargento ultra thin cheddar cheese slices give this roll up the taste of cheddar I wanted without extra points.
Lettuce: Shredded iceberg gives this roll up the crunch it needs.

Customization Tips
One of the best things about Turkey Cheddar Ranch Roll-Ups is how easily you can tailor them to fit different preferences and dietary needs. Here are some customization tips to help you create your perfect roll-up.
Add Extra Vegetables: Boost the nutritional value by including a variety of fresh vegetables. Sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, shredded carrots, and even avocado can add extra crunch, flavor, and nutrients.
Leafy greens like spinach or arugula can be a great substitute for lettuce, offering additional vitamins and minerals.
Switch Up the Proteins: If turkey isn’t your favorite, try using other lean meats like chicken breast or ham.
For a vegetarian option, replace the meat with grilled tofu, tempeh, or even a hearty spread like hummus or black bean dip. This makes the roll-ups versatile enough to cater to different dietary restrictions.
Explore Different Cheeses: While cheddar is a delicious choice, don’t hesitate to experiment with other types of cheese.
Pepper jack can add a spicy kick, mozzarella can provide a milder taste, and Swiss or provolone can offer a unique flavor profile. You could also use a low-fat cream cheese spread for an extra creamy texture.
Herbs and Seasonings: Enhance the flavor by adding fresh herbs like cilantro, parsley, or basil.
Sprinkle some paprika, cumin, or chili powder into the cheese mixture for an extra burst of flavor. You can even mix in a bit of hot sauce or sriracha if you prefer some heat.
Different Types of Lettuce: Romaine, iceberg, or butter lettuce all offer different textures and flavors. Experiment to find which type you prefer the most. You can also mix different types of greens for a varied taste and texture.
