S’mores Quesadillas
You can have S’mores year round with these S’mores Quesadillas!
The low point flour tortilla is filled with all the classic S’mores flavors – marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate.

I’ll tell you everything I did to keep this dessert light.
The Ingredients
Tortillas: I used Mission Carb Balance flour tortillas, each tortilla is only 2 points. Since I used 1/2 of a tortilla it was only 1 point.
Marshmallows: I bought mini marshmallows and used 2 tablespoons for the quesadilla. It was only 1 point for the marshmallows.
Graham Cracker: I used 1 graham cracker square for the tortilla, which was 1 point.
Chocolate: I bought Hershey’s zero sugar mini chocolate bars. I chopped up one bar to add to the tortilla so the chocolate would melt throughout. It was only 1 point for the chocolate.

How to Make S’mores Quesadillas
Start by cutting a tortilla in half.
Take one of the chocolate bars and chop it into small pieces. Sprinkle it over half of the quesadilla.
Break one graham cracker square into bite-size pieces and add it to one half of the quesadilla.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of mini marshmallows to half of the quesadilla.
All of the ingredients should be on the same half of the quesadilla. Fold the quesadilla in half.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium low heat. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and add the S’mores Quesadilla.
Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the chocolate and marshmallow have melted.
It’s such a fun and easy dessert idea!
