Philly Cheese Steak Pizza
This pizza combines the best of two comfort foods: the savory, meaty, cheesy flavors of a Philly cheesesteak and the satisfying, crispy-chewy base of a pizza.
I used real pizza dough for this, not two ingredient dough.
Don’t get me wrong, I like the two ingredient dough, but sometimes I want the real thing.

The Ingredients
- Ready to bake pizza crust
- Green pepper
- Onion
- Roast beef
- Light alfredo sauce
- Part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
- Garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Kroger ready bake pizza crust is the brand I used. You can also use Pillsbury classic pizza crust for the same amount of points.

How to Make Philly Cheese Steak Pizza
To start I sliced my green pepper and onion. I added it to a pan sprayed with olive oil and let it cook for 10 minutes.
I cut the roast beef into bite-size pieces and added it to the green pepper and onions. I added some garlic powder, salt and pepper and let it cook for 1 minute.
Next, I unrolled the pizza dough on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. I spread the light alfredo sauce across the dough.
Then I topped it with the roast beef, green pepper and onions. Finally, I topped it with shredded mozzarella cheese.
I baked it according to the pizza dough instructions which was 9-13 minutes. Once the crust is golden and the cheese is melted it’s ready.
