Philly Cheese Steak Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 ready to bake pizza crust
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 6 oz. Boar's Head roast beef
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons light alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Cut the green pepper and onion into slices. Add to a pan sprayed with olive oil on medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Cut the roast beef into bite size pieces and add to the onions and green pepper. Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Unroll the pie dough on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Spread the alfredo sauce onto the pizza dough then add the onions, green pepper and roast beef.
  • Bake according to the pizza dough directions - 9 to 13 minutes. Once the crust is golden and the cheese is melted it is ready.
