Low Carb Beef and Broccoli (Weight Watchers Friendly)
If you’re craving classic takeout flavors without the carbs or heavy points, this Low Carb Beef and Broccoli is the perfect weeknight dinner.
It tastes just like your favorite restaurant version, just lighter, healthier, and ready in under 20 minutes.
This recipe uses lean beef, fiber-rich broccoli, and a simple, flavorful sauce with no added sugar. Pair it with cauliflower rice for a filling, low point meal you’ll come back to again and again.

The Ingredients
Lean Beef: High in protein and iron, while being lower in saturated fat, helping you stay full without extra points.
Broccoli: Packed with vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants, great volume with very few carbs.
Garlic & Ginger: Anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, and adds lots of flavor for zero points.
Soy Sauce & Vinegar: Create deep, savory flavor without added sugar.
Sesame Oil: A small amount adds richness and depth without driving up points.
Oyster Sauce: It brings a rich, savory, slightly sweet flavor that gives the dish that classic “takeout” taste without using sugar heavy sauces.

How to Make Low Carb Beef and Broccoli
Add the thinly sliced beef to a nonstick skillet or wok. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside. (I seasoned the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.)
Whisk the soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Add the broccoli and a splash of water to the skillet. Cover and steam 2–3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Return beef to the pan and pour sauce over everything.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds (optional).
Serving Suggestions
Add more protein to the dish by serving it with a fried egg. One large egg adds 6g protein.
Serve with cauliflower rice – it’s zero points and low in carbs.
Add extra veggies like mushrooms, snap peas, or carrots.
