Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
Imagine having a sweet snack that you can whip up in a matter of minutes. These chocolate-covered graham crackers fit that description perfectly.
All you need is some graham crackers, no sugar added chocolate chips, and sprinkles and you’re already halfway there.
No-bake treats provide a fantastic solution for those who crave homemade desserts without the time commitment.

The Ingredients
Graham Crackers: The essential base of your treat. Choose your favorite brand, whether it’s the classic honey-flavored or a more wholesome, whole-grain version.
Graham crackers provide the perfect crunchy texture that pairs beautifully with the smoothness of melted chocolate.
Chocolate: I used Ghirardelli no sugar added dark chocolate chips. If you prefer, you can also use milk chocolate or white chocolate based on your taste preferences.
Sprinkles: To add a touch of fun and festivity, I used Christmas sprinkles. Sprinkles are optional but highly recommended if you want to give your treats a decorative and festive touch.

How to Make Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers
The first thing I did was prepare the graham crackers. Break each graham cracker sheet into 4 pieces. Once the chocolate is melted you need to work fast.
Next, you want to melt the chocolate. You can do this using a microwave or a double boiler, stirring frequently to avoid burning the chocolate.
In a microwave, heat the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
If using a double boiler, place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water and stir the chocolate until completely melted.
Once your chocolate is melted, dip each graham cracker halfway into the chocolate, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
While the chocolate is still wet add the sprinkles, this helps to add color and texture.
Allow the chocolate to cool and harden completely. You can leave the graham crackers at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
Once the chocolate has set, your treats are ready to enjoy.
