Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

Ingredients

  • 7 oz. Ghirardelli no sugar added dark chocolate chips
  • 13 graham cracker sheets (break each one into 4 pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate by using a microwave or a double boiler, stirring frequently to avoid burning the chocolate.
  • In a microwave, heat the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. If using a double boiler, place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water and stir the chocolate until completely melted.
  • Once your chocolate is melted, dip each graham cracker halfway into the chocolate, then place it on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • While the chocolate is still wet add the sprinkles. Allow the chocolate to cool and harden completely.
  • Once the chocolate has set, your treats are ready to enjoy.
