Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

strawberries

oz.
plain fat-free Greek yogurt
3
teaspoons
sugar free, fat free cheesecake pudding mix

graham cracker
Instructions
Cut the top and bottom of the strawberries. Use a paring knife to scoop out the center of the strawberries.
Add the Greek yogurt and cheesecake pudding mix to a small bowl. Mix together until the pudding mix is dissolved.
Place the graham cracker in a zip up bag. Seal it closed and use a meat mallet or pan to smash into crumbs.
Put the cheesecake yogurt in a piping bag or zip up bag. Cut the tip off and fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the strawberries and serve.
