Big Mac Wraps

This wrap is perfect if you’re craving a Big Mac.

The only thing it doesn’t have is the bun, but you won’t even miss it.

The Ingredients

Let’s start with the ingredients for the Big Mac sauce:

Light mayonnaise: I used light mayonnaise instead of regular mayonnaise to save points. It was a 9 point difference.

Dill relish: This adds a ton of flavor to the traditional Big Mac sauce.

Ketchup: I used regular ketchup since 1 tablespoon is only 1 point.

Mustard

Vinegar

Garlic powder and onion powder

The ingredients for the wrap:

96% lean ground beef: One pound is 0 points with the current plan.

Worcestershire sauce: I only used a couple splashes, but it really helps to add flavor to the ground beef.

Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper: These seasonings all help to add flavor to the meat.

Reduced fat American cheese slices: You can’t have a Big Mac without the cheese.

Lettuce, onion, and pickles: These are classic Big Mac toppings.

I started by getting the ground beef ready. Add the lean ground beef to a pan to brown and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

For the sauce, add the light mayonnaise, dill relish, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to a small bowl. Whisk together until blended.

Lay out a tortilla and top it with American cheese, ground beef, lettuce, onions, pickles, and Big Mac sauce, then roll it up.

Leftovers and Meal Prep

This recipe makes 4 wraps. If you’re not feeding your family it makes great leftovers or meal prep.

I like to keep the ingredients separate so the tortilla doesn’t get soggy.

If you want to make it ahead of time, I would keep the sauce separate and add it when you’re ready to eat.

I love these wraps because they’re easy to make and healthier than eating fast food.
