Big Mac Street Tacos
This dish combines the best elements of the classic Big Mac burger with the convenience and fun of tacos.
Juicy beef, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, and signature sauce, all wrapped up in a convenient taco shell.
It’s the perfect way to enjoy a tasty meal while keeping it low in points.

These tacos are not just about taste but also convenience. They are quick to prepare, making them an excellent option for busy weeknights.
The recipe is straightforward, allowing you to whip up a delicious dinner with minimal effort.
The Ingredients
Ground Beef: Using 96% lean ground beef helps to keep the points low. I used 1/2 lb. which is 6 points.
Street Taco Shells: I used Mission zero net carb mini tortillas.Ten of the tortillas is 8 points.
Light Mayonnaise: This is the base of the Big Mac sauce. Using light mayonnaise instead of regular mayonnaise helps to reduce the Weight Watchers points.
Dill Relish, Ketchup, Mustard, and Vinegar: These are all 0 point ingredients and they make up the rest of the Big Mac sauce.
Reduced Fat Cheese: I used reduced-fat cheddar cheese. Typically a Big Mac has American cheese on it but for the street tacos I wanted to use shredded cheese.
Taco Toppings: Like a traditional Big Mac I used shredded lettuce, pickles, and onions to top my Big Mac Street Tacos.
Seasonings: Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and a splash of Worcestershire sauce are used to season the ground beef.

How to Make Big Mac Street Tacos
I wanted to get the Big Mac sauce ready first so it could chill in the fridge while I got the ground beef ready.
Add the light mayonnaise, dill relish, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar to a small bowl. Mix the ingredients together, cover, and refrigerate.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Once the ground beef is no longer pink, remove any excess grease. Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce and stir together.
Heat the tortillas and add two spoonfuls of ground beef. Top the ground beef with shredded lettuce, cheese, onion, pickle slices, and Big Mac sauce.
It’s a simple dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights.
Serving Suggestions
Pair your street tacos with baked or air fried french fries. This will make it just like a McDonald’s meal.
Another great side option is a refreshing green salad. A mix of spinach, arugula, and a variety of chopped vegetables can add both color and nutrients to your meal.
For an even lighter take, consider serving the Big Mac Street Tacos in lettuce wraps instead of the tortillas.
