Big Mac Street Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. 96% lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dill relish
  • 1/2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 10 Mission zero net carb mini tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Chopped onions
  • Dill pickle chips
  • Splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Instructions

  • Add the light mayonnaise, dill relish, ketchup, mustard, and vinegar to a small bowl. Mix the ingredients together, cover, and refrigerate.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Once the ground beef is no longer pink, remove any excess grease. Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce and stir together.
  • Heat the tortillas then add two spoonfuls of ground beef. Top the ground beef with shredded lettuce, cheese, onion, pickle chips, and Big Mac sauce.
