Avocado Ranch Chicken Burrito (Low Carb and Weight Watchers Friendly)

How to Make Avocado Ranch Chicken Burritos

In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, almond milk, lime juice, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Season chicken with chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully done (grilled, baked, or sautéed), then shred or chop.

Warm the tortillas slightly so they’re easier to fold.

Spread a spoonful of avocado ranch dressing inside each tortilla.

Add chicken, a sprinkle of cheese, and lettuce. You can also add cilantro, onion, and tomato.

Roll up the burrito tightly. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a grab-and-go meal.

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the burritos:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
