In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, almond milk, garlic, lime juice, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Season the chicken with chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully done (grilled, baked, or sautéed), then shred or chop.
Warm the tortillas slightly so they're easier to fold.
Spread a spoonful of avocado ranch dressing inside each tortilla. Add chicken, a sprinkle of cheese, and lettuce. You can also add cilantro, onion, and tomato.
