Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles

Ingredients

  • 6 large dill pickles
  • 3 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley

Instructions

  • Slice pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create "boats". Pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine the light cream cheese, cheddar, Greek yogurt, green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
  • Spoon filling into each pickle half, then place the pickles in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 390 degrees F. for 7-9 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
