The Ingredients
Dill Pickles: Naturally low in calories and add a satisfying crunch.
Light Cream Cheese: This gives you that creamy, indulgent texture with less fat and fewer calories than regular cream cheese. It adds richness while keeping the recipe Weight Watchers friendly.
Nonfat Greek Yogurt: A protein-packed ingredient that lightens the filling and adds a tangy flavor. It’s great for gut health, supports muscle repair, and helps keep you full longer.
Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese: You still get that gooey, cheesy satisfaction, just with less fat. It’s a good source of calcium and protein, both of which are important for strong bones and a healthy metabolism.

How to Make Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles
Slice pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create “boats.” Pat them dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, combine light cream cheese, cheddar, Greek yogurt, green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
Spoon filling into each pickle half, then place the pickles in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 390 degrees F. for 7-9 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.

Serving Suggestions
Add the stuffed pickles to a charcuterie board alongside cheese cubes, sliced turkey or ham roll-ups, boiled eggs, and veggie sticks. Perfect for game day or movie night.
Stuffed pickles taste great on their own or with your favorite dip. Light ranch, chipotle mayo, or a Greek yogurt dip are all great options.
