Ingredients
6large dill pickles
3oz.reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4cupreduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1tablespoonfat-free Greek yogurt
1tablespoonchopped green onions
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoonparsley
Instructions
Slice pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the centers to create "boats". Pat them dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, combine the light cream cheese, cheddar, Greek yogurt, green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
Spoon filling into each pickle half, then place the pickles in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 390 degrees F. for 7-9 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
