Ingredients
2slices1 point bread (I used Sara Lee 45 calorie multi-grain bread)
4oz.cooked turkey breast without skin
6spraysI Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
1sliceSargento ultra thin Swiss cheese
1/4cuparugula
1tablespooncranberry sauce
Instructions
Preheat a frying pan over low/medium heat.
Spray one side of each slice of bread 3 times with the butter spray.
Add the cooked turkey to one slice of bread (the side not sprayed with butter). Next add the arugula.
Add the slice of cheese to the other piece of bread (the side not sprayed with butter). Then spread the cranberry sauce on the cheese.
Carefully close the sandwich and add to the frying pan, butter sprayed side down. Cook until the bread is golden brown (about 3 minutes), then flip and cook the other side until golden brown (about 3 more minutes).
