Turkey Sandwich - Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 2 slices 1 point bread (I used Sara Lee 45 calorie multi-grain bread)
  • 4 oz. cooked turkey breast without skin
  • 6 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
  • 1 slice Sargento ultra thin Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat a frying pan over low/medium heat.
  • Spray one side of each slice of bread 3 times with the butter spray.
  • Add the cooked turkey to one slice of bread (the side not sprayed with butter). Next add the arugula.
  • Add the slice of cheese to the other piece of bread (the side not sprayed with butter). Then spread the cranberry sauce on the cheese.
  • Carefully close the sandwich and add to the frying pan, butter sprayed side down. Cook until the bread is golden brown (about 3 minutes), then flip and cook the other side until golden brown (about 3 more minutes).
