Ingredients

  • Turkey lunch meat
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • Thin sliced veggies. I used red pepper, cucumber and carrots

Instructions

  • Lay your turkey flat. 
  • Add 1 tablespoon of hummus.
  • Add some of the vegetables 1 inch from the bottom of the turkey.
  • Roll up the turkey starting from the bottom.
