Tuna Pasta Salad (Lightened Up)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. medium shells
  • 5 oz. white tuna in water, drained
  • 1/3 cup light Miracle Whip
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the tuna, celery, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the light Miracle Whip, fat-free sour cream, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the dressing over the tuna and vegetable mixture and toss to coat everything evenly.
  • Finally, add the cooled pasta to the bowl and gently fold it into the mixture until it is well combined.
  • Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
