Tomato Salad - Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. cherry tomatoes (I used red and orange)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 oz. part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons light Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to a large serving bowl.
  • Chop the cucumber into bite-size pieces and add them to the serving bowl.
  • Cut the part-skim mozzarella cheese into small squares and add it to the serving bowl.
  • Add the basil and Italian dressing and stir well.
