Ingredients
2large whole pickles
1cupiceberg lettuce, shredded
1tablespoonlight mayonnaise
1teaspoonred wine vinegar
1/2teaspoonoregano
6oz.Boar's Head ovengold turkey
1slicepart-skim mozzarella cheese
Red onion, sliced
Instructions
Slice the pickles in half lengthwise. Core the seeds and part of the inside of the pickle.
Add the shredded lettuce, light mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and oregano to a small mixing bowl. Stir together.
Add half of the turkey to a pickle. Top the turkey with cheese, red onion, and half of the lettuce mixture. Top with the other pickle half. Repeat the steps for the second pickle.
