Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 oz. taco seasoning
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fat-free skim milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Add the taco seasoning and cook according to the directions on the package. 
  • In a mixing bowl add the eggs, skim milk and Bisquick. Whisk until it is well blended. 
  • Spray a baking dish with no-stick cooking spray, then add the beef. Sprinkle the cheese onto the beef, then pour the Bisquick mixture onto it. 
  • Bake 25 minutes, or until cooked through in the center.
