Sushi Cucumber Boats

light cream cheese

light mayonnaise

soy sauce

teaspoon
sriracha

avocado

teaspoon
everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Clean the cucumber and slice it lengthwise. Use a spoon to gently scoop out the seeds to create shallow boats.
In a small bowl, combine the crab, cream cheese, mayo, soy sauce, and sriracha until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the crab mixture into each cucumber half.
Cut the avocado into thin slices and add it to the top of the cucumber boats.
Sprinkle on the everything bagel seasoning and enjoy!
