Strawberry Shortcake

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups Bisquick Heart Smart
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons granulated Splenda
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • Fat free Reddi Wip

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Add the Bisquick Heart Smart, skim milk, unsweetened applesauce and Splenda to a mixing bowl. Mix together.
  • Add 8 spoonfuls of dough to a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting in half.
  • While that is baking, chop up the strawberries.
  • To assemble, add some whipped cream to the bottom of the shortcake, then add chopped strawberries, followed by more whipped cream. Next add the top of the shortcake. Enjoy!
