Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Cinnamon-sugar topping:

  • Mix together a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of Splenda

Instructions

  • In a microwave safe mug, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and Splenda.
  • Next, add the applesauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir until smooth.
  • Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, until cake is set and fluffy.
  • Let the mug cake cool for 1 minute. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
