Ingredients

  • 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery, chopped

Instructions

  • Add the chicken to a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  • Add the green onion and celery and stir together.
  • Serve as is, on bread, or as lettuce wraps.
