Pumpkin Pie Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 tube reduced-fat crescent rolls (8)
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup granulated Splenda (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Add the pumpkin, Splenda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a medium bowl. Mix it together until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and break it apart along the perforated lines.
  • Add the crescent roll dough to a baking sheet. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the dough. Don't add too much pumpkin to the dough or it will ooze out. (I had some of the pumpkin mixture leftover.)
  • Roll up he crescent rolls, starting with the large edge of the triangle.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden. Let them cool slightly before serving.
