Pickle Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 6 egg roll wrappers
  • 6 dill pickle spears
  • 3 oz. reduced fat cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 slices Boar's Head ham

Instructions

  • In a small bowl stir together the cream cheese and garlic powder.
  • Take one piece of ham and add a pickle spear to the center of it. Use a knife to smear on some of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Roll the ham and add it to the center of an egg roll wrapper.
  • Fold up the bottom of the egg roll wrapper and tuck in the sides. Dab your finger in water and wet the edge of the egg roll wrapper then seal it closed.
  • Spray the egg rolls with zero point cooking oil.

For the air fryer:

  • Place the egg rolls in the basket in a single layer. Air fry at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through. Once the egg roll wrapper is golden and crispy they are ready.

For the oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place the egg rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes flipping halfway through.
