Pesto Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon pesto (I used store bought)
  • 1 Mission Carb Balance Tortilla
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • .5 oz. fresh mozzarella, cut into small pieces
  • Red onion, sliced

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken in a nonstick skillet. (While the chicken cooked I got all of the vegetables ready.)
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, stir in 1 tablespoon of pesto.
  • Lay out the tortilla. Add the lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and red onion. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
