Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 10 oz. ramekin with nonstick cooking spray.
Use a cookie cutter or glass to cut the tortillas to the size of the ramekin. Save the tortilla scraps.
Add a tablespoon of spaghetti sauce to the bottom of the ramekin. Place one of the whole tortillas onto the sauce.
Add a tablespoon of sauce to the top of the tortilla, then add 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese.
Top the mozzarella cheese with the tortilla scraps. Spread the cottage cheese over the tortilla pieces.
Place the last whole tortilla over the cottage cheese. Top it with spaghetti sauce and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
