Pecan Upside Down Bundt Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box Pillsbury sugar-free classic yellow cake
  • 12 oz. Sprite Zero
  • 1 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add the caramel sauce to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans, then add it to the bottom of the bundt cake pan.
  • Add the cake mix to a medium mixing bowl. Pour in the sprite zero then mix together with a hand mixer on medium speed for two minutes.
  • Pour the cake batter over the caramel pecan mixture.
  • Bake 39-43 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
