penne pasta

Roma tomatoes, chopped

cup
yellow onion, chopped

cloves
garlic, minced

tablespoon
fresh basil, chopped

chicken broth (or vegetable broth)

water

teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
black pepper

grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Add the pasta, tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, chicken broth, water, salt, and pepper to a
12" skillet
.
Heat on high until it comes to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to medium-high and set the timer for 10 minutes, occasionally stirring the noodles so they don't stick together.
Divide into 4 servings and top with Parmesan cheese and additional fresh basil.
