Ingredients
1(1 oz.)box of zero sugar cheesecake pudding
2cupsskim milk
1/2lb.strawberries
4graham cracker squares
Instructions
Add the cheesecake powder to a mixing bowl. Stir in the skim milk and whisk for 2 minutes.
Place the pudding in the fridge for 5 minutes to allow it to set.
Remove the green stems and any white core from the strawberries. Place the cleaned strawberries in a food processor.
Pulse the strawberries until they break down into a smooth, sauce-like consistency. If you prefer texture in the topping you can leave small chunks of strawberries.
Place the graham crackers in the food processor or a zip-up bag, seal it and use a rolling pin to turn it into crumbs.
Add a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs to each dessert cup.
Evenly divide the cheesecake pudding into the dessert cups.
Top each of the dessert cups with the strawberries.
