Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cooked lobster meat
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • Juice from one lemon wedge
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Pepperidge Farm top split hot dog buns

Instructions

  • Add the lobster meat to a medium bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise, celery, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir together.
  • Toast the hot dog buns, split the lobster mixture in half and add to the buns.
