Lightened Up Strawberry Icebox Cake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 3 3/4 sheets of graham crackers

Instructions

  • Spread 2 tablespoons of the Cool Whip in the bottom of a bread pan.
  • Top with 5 of the graham crackers. Add 1/3 of the remaining Cool Whip to the graham crackers and spread out evenly. Top with a layer of sliced strawberries.
  • Add 5 more graham crackers, half of the remaining Cool Whip (spread out), and a layer of sliced strawberries.
  • Do one more layer each of graham crackers, Cool Whip, and strawberries.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
