Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add the chicken to a nonstick skillet and cook until no longer pink. Remove the chicken and cover to keep warm.
Melt the butter in the same skillet. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add the lemon juice to the skillet and stir together. Add the cooked noodles, chicken, and reserved pasta water. Mix together, then top with the parsley.
Optional: Top with Parmesan cheese.
