Honey Mustard Chicken and Potatoes (Ten Dollar Meal)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lb. petite potatoes (This is the potato recipe I used)

Instructions

  • Add the honey mustard, water, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to a large zip up bag. Place the chicken in the bag, seal it closed, then massage until it is covered with the honey mustard.
  • Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.

Grilling the chicken:

  • Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Baking the chicken:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place the chicken in a baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
