Honey Mustard Chicken and Potatoes (Ten Dollar Meal)

Add the honey mustard, water, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to a large zip up bag. Place the chicken in the bag, seal it closed, then massage until it is covered with the honey mustard.
Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling the chicken:
Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Baking the chicken:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the chicken in a baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
