Ham and Cheese Folded Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Mission Carb Balance flour tortilla
  • 2 oz. Boar's Head smoked ham
  • 1 slice Sargento ultra thin swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup arugula
  • 1/2 tablespoon Dijon or honey mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Lay out the tortilla and make a cut in the center half way up.
  • Add the mustard to 1/4 of the tortilla, then the arugula, cheese and ham.
  • Spritz the pan with olive oil spray then add the wrap. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
