Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and milk.
  • Add the ham, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • Spray a pie pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add the egg mixture and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
