Greek Chicken Wraps

Greek Chicken Wraps are perfect for a low point lunch!

I used a rotisserie chicken to make this recipe even easier. It takes less than 30 minutes to make and it’s great for meal prep.

One tasty wrap is only 3 points for me plus I earn 1 point for the vegetables.

What you need to make Greek Chicken Wraps:

  • Ole Xtreme high fiber tortillas
  • Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Reduced fat feta cheese
  • Red onion
  • Cucumber
  • Fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • Lemon juice
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Dill, garlic powder, salt and black pepper

I used Ole Xtreme high fiber tortillas because they’re low in points, only 1 point each. Plus they taste good!

The first thing I did was made the tzatziki sauce. In a small bowl I added the Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, dill, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

Mix it together and set it aside.

I used a regular box grater to shred the cucumber, it’s really easy.

Since I used a store bought rotisserie chicken I removed the skin from the chicken breasts then shredded it.

This recipe is also great for leftover cooked chicken breast.

Next, I got the vegetables ready. I started by cutting the grape tomatoes in half and added them to a large bowl.

Chop half of a cucumber (seeds removed) and add that to the bowl. Also add the red onion and feta cheese.

Now it’s time to assemble the wraps. I started by adding the tzatziki sauce to the tortilla.

Then I added 1/4 of the shredded chicken.

Next, I added the tomato mixture.

Roll up the wrap and it’s ready to eat!

If you’re making these wraps for meal prep I would wait to add the tzatziki sauce until the day you are eating it.

You can also add garbanzo beans or Kalamata olives, just be sure to double-check the points.
