Garlic Lime Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro or parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 20 seconds.
  • Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes. Flip the shrimp and cook 2 more minutes.
  • Add the lime juice and pinch of salt. Top with cilantro or parsley.
