French Dip Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

tube
reduced fat crescent rolls
6
ounces
roast beef lunch meat (I used Boar's Head)
2
pieces
Sargento light string cheese
Optional: Au Jus (I used a packet of McCormick Au Jus mix)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet. Tear apart dough on the perforated lines making 8 pieces.
Cut the string cheese in half, then cut each piece in half lengthwise making 8 pieces of cheese. Divide the roast beef into 8.
Lay the roast beef and cheese at the wide end of the crescent roll then roll up. Repeat until all 8 are made.
Bake 9-12 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden and cooked through.
If using Au Jus make that while the crescent rolls are baking.
