Easy Stir Fry (Ten Dollar Meal)
If you’re looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal, this one is for you!
We’re talking minimal prep work and minimal cleanup.

I don’t even consider this to be much of a recipe, it’s more like an idea.
Plus, this idea costs less than $10 to make.
The Ingredients
I bought beef shaved steak which was $5.99. I only used a portion of it and saved the rest for another meal. It’s the same beef shaved steak that I used for my Shaved Steak Sandwich.
To save time and money I bought frozen stir fry veggies and sauce, which was only $3.49. I bought the Birds Eye Teriyaki Stir Fry Veggies and Sauce.
I love that it came with the vegetables and the sauce, plus it’s low in points.
There is zero chopping for this recipe!
I spent $9.48 for this recipe.
One thing I added that I already had on hand was two eggs. I wanted to add the eggs for extra protein.
If you don’t have eggs and don’t want to spend the extra money, you can make it without.

How to Make an Easy Stir Fry
I used the same pan to cook everything. You want to use a wide pan that has a lid.
First, cook the two scrambled eggs and set them aside.
Next, add the shaved steak to a pan over medium heat. Season it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the steak until it is no longer pink and set it aside.
Take the sauce packet out of the stir fry bag. Add the sauce to the pan with 2 tablespoons of water.
Add the vegetables to the pan, cover, and cook for 8-9 minutes.
Once the cook time is up stir in the shaved steak and eggs.
I counted this recipe as two servings for 6 points each. I also added 1/4 cup of white rice, adding 2 points to my meal.
