Easy Cheesy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray a baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Add the chicken breasts. (At this point I seasoned the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.)
  • In a small bowl add the sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix together.
  • Add 1/4 cup of the Swiss cheese to the chicken, then add the sour cream mixture. Add the remaining Swiss cheese on top of the sour cream.
  • Bake for 60 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
