In a large pot over medium heat, add the lean ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
Drain any excess fat then add the onion and minced garlic, stirring until the onion becomes translucent.
Stir in the diced bell peppers and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Stir in the macaroni noodles making sure they are covered by the liquid.
Bring the goulash to a boil, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let it cool slightly then serve.
